Lara O-S

Lara began her story with Spirit Gymnastics (at that time Ole's Gymnastics) many years ago as a very excited 7 or 8 year old gymnast at gymnastics camp with her little sister. She continued her story at Spirit as a competitive gymnast all the way through high school. She then performed as a member of Hamline University's gymnastics team. She began coaching first as a volunteer coach in high school and has been loving coaching ever since. She values coaching a variety of levels, and loves seeing kids' faces of all ages learn a new skill, achieve a goal, or overcome a fear. She has proudly coached preschool, recreational, high school, pre-team, Junior Olympics team, Xcel team and Division III College. Currently, her focus is on the Xcel team and a sub for all.
