About Spirit Gymnastics

Spirit Gymnastics is a rare and unique developmental gymnastics club located in the heart of St. Paul, on the campus of Hamline University in the university’s state of the art gymnastics facility. Spirit Gymnastics strives to improve the holistic lives of young people through the sport of gymnastics. Our goal is to offer programs that fit the needs, motivation, and skill level to each and every student; offering anything and everything from beginning to advanced level recreational classes, birthday parties, circus classes, gymnastics for CrossFit classes, high school classes and competitive Xcel and J.O. programs for anyone from the ages of 2-18+ years.

At Spirit Gymnastics, we work to foster a welcoming, safe, diverse and invigorating learning environment. Our belief is that in order to build strong gymnasts, as well as, resilient and courageous young individuals, we must develop skills in strength, balance, flexibility, and self-esteem through a fun and challenging environment. This is done through a dedicated, passionate, and highly trained coaching staff, in conjunction with meaningful and achievable lesson planning and curriculum.

Enter through the doors on the east side of the building. Gym is down the hall.

Parking:
Parking is available in the visitor lot east of Drew Residence Hall. Permit parking only in the area located on the north side of the field house.
