Preschool: This class is designed for 3 to 5 year old boys and girls (by Sept. 1st) Our coaches use creative movement and skill stations on gymnastics equipment set up for young students. Our goal is to develop motor skills and body awareness with your child. This class stresses safety, fun and appropriate group interaction.
Kindergarten Girls: This beginning level class is designed for girls who have entered Kindergarten. Students are taught the basics of gymnastics in a fun, safe atmosphere. Coaches strive to improve your child’s strength, flexibility and body awareness through quality instruction on up to date gymnastics equipment.
Rec. 1: This beginning level class is designed for girls who have entered First grade and above. Students are taught the basics of gymnastics in a fun, safe atmosphere.
