Emily (Milly) Cogen

Milly has been coaching recreational and preschool gymnastics in Orlando, FL since she was 14 years old. Now a student at Macalester College, she is overjoyed to call Spirit her new gym home. Her favorite things to do are jump on trampolines, sing, dance and help her students realize they can do anything they put their minds to. Sometimes all at the same time!
