Spirit Gymnastics provides instruction for all gymnasts.  Our talented coaching staff and state of the art equipment provide an environment for fun and learning.  Spirit offers a variety of instruction, including: early development, recreational, high school, and USAG competition.

Spirit Gymnastics is located in the Midway Area of St. Paul, on the campus of Hamline University.  Sprit Gymnastic’s owner, Doug Byrnes, is also the head coach for the Hamline Women’s gymnastics team.  Spirit’s coaches are all current or former gymnasts from Hamline University.
